It seems to be a re-occuring problem lately but my customers are getting the adhoc Password error and are not receiving/sending mail.
Anyone else getting the problem today and can BT explain?

There is no such thing as BT Outlook, You have a MS Outlook Available to download via Org and Share/Business Email Product,
But its still MS outlook you download

According to me as I know there is nothing with BT Outlook,It is MS Outlook

I'm having problems with emails not arriving for hours after i've sent them. It's driving me crazy.

Iam also having this problem and after trying various things including removing and re-instating Outlook Express the problem remains. Who can I contact ??
