I am having problems with BT PC Backup software and am getting BSOD. I get the blue screen and a message or one of them apart from the dump file says that the file LV_Tracker.sys is the file that is causing problems.
I therefore renamed this file and am presently using the BTBACKUP software manually as I got fed up with the daily BSOD issues.
I have not upgraded to SP1 and I am using version 8 of the softward backup pc?
