BT Please take my money! FTTC ordering woes...

Morning all, Quite recently my postcode has appeared as being able to get FTTC @ approx 22mbit. This is on the BTWholesale Checker, eco Plus and a few other ISP's have confirmed this. Problem. BT Business Checker defies the above and says it is not available to me yet. It obviously is, other ISP's have confirmed as have BT Wholesale and even Openreach. BT Business PLEASE update your database and accept my order!! Thanks, Aaron

Hi

I am sorry you have been unable to upgrade to Fibre Broadband at the moment. Our Availability checker uses your telephone number to check if your exchange and cabinet have been upgraded for Fibre Broadband. Post Code checkers are not as accurate as they check your area, rather than your specific exchange. There is an online Map of telephone exchanges that are going to be enabled in the near future.

As you have not supplied your BT Business Broadband account details when signing up for the forum I can not check your account to ensure you are on the fastest product available.

Kind regards,

Fiona
