BT Restrict online Management of Services to UK IP Addresses Only

I can note believe that BT Have recently restricted the ability to "manage my Services" to UK IP addresses only. As an International business, we need to update our website on the move from anywhere in the world, we need to make changes to domains and e-mail accounts while on the move. It seems completely ludicrous that BT would implicate such a restriction. Does anyone know whether BT are planning to keep this restriction in place???

Hi

 

I'm sorry to read that you are experiencing issues with logging into 'manage services'. I have your BTConnect details from your forum registration, is this the account you are having issues with? Or are there other accounts? If you can please private mail me with any information that will help us look into your case.

I have this exact problem too.

 

I am US based and need to periodically manage our UK BT web store.

 

What is the solution here?
