Got a problem which I urgently need to resolve. I'm using a BT 2701HGV-C router and have a BT 3510 TRIO Telephone plugged into the filter. Everytime I make or recieve a telephone call it knocks out the broadband to my laptop which is running wifi within the house.
Certain "experts" are telling me that it is because the TRIO Telephone and the router are using the same frequency. Is this true and how can I resolve the issues?
