As a home worker I have been using Business Broadband for many years, mainly due to the enhanced service and access to support. I recently enhanced to infinity.
The issue I have is that now I find that BT are happy to provide BT Sport to residential users free, but want to charge business users a monthly fee. So not only am I paying a premium over residential just to obtain a better service, I am also penialised for their Sport package.
I can understand it if I was a business broadcasting to customers or had multiple screens in my premises but as home worker this is poor practice.
