I have contacted BT who assured me on Friday that this is down to Microsfoft Server? but after digging down the new server .outlook.com (365 office upgrade) provided by BT via bigfish.com.
The whitelists and blacklists are a massive concern as the below indicates my e-mail is not being rejected after delivery but prior to delivery, which I interpret as being monitored, by whom or why? Unknown
Come on BT this is where old bt.connect server is retired and substitute cheap replacement outsourcesd to save money! Have some ownership invest in new equipment! Most of us have spam filters to our systems so why the Big Brother approach.
This stinks, as always! treated like a mushroom : - left in the dark, and fed bulllshi!

"....as the below indicates my e-mail is not being rejected after delivery but prior to delivery, which I interpret as being monitored, by whom or why?..."
It's being rejected by Forefront which is a service that sits 'in front' of the exchange server. It's a very commonly used Microsoft service which is used by Hotmail, Outlook.com and Office 365 to cut down on Spam.
Hi
I have the same problem. There are a number of companies that bounce my emails. After some investigation it seems that only senders using Office 365 are having their emails bounced buy these companies.
One forum I read said it had something to do with a "loop" message (whetever that is) that Microsoft included in messages send via their Office 365 servers.
I've been looking for a solution for some time now and have now decided to move my emails to a new system. A real pain in the bum 😞
John
I too have this issue and it needs to be resolved by BT because they are the ones who switched from a system that was working perfectly for me to a system that does not work.
The more of us that complain direct to BT Head Office - in writing - the more chance we will have of securing a resolution. The service from BT 365 Outlook is unacceptable and can be considered as a breach of contract. I have used the BT Connect service for 12 years so the contracted service has clearly been changed - I received no prior communication saying that my email would be affected this way.
