BT Versatility - ring out not in

The issue:

I can call out on all extensions, but no extensions ring on incoming calls despite programming all extensions to ring and trying individual extensions programmed to ring. I am using PSTN lines with a micro filter for ADSL and have spent the last day searching the net for solutions with no avail.

Can anyone shead any light on this?

An incoming call is forwarded to a specific extension where it needs to be routed. You need to check on the "incoming calls" section and see if a sertain DID or phone number forwards to an extension.
