BT residential broadband to BT Business Broadband -keeping email address

We are switching from BT residential broadband at the end of the week to BT Business. I was wondering whether it was possible to keep the one of the email accounts from the residential broadband after the switch?

Hi roamingminstrel

There is a process to keep your @btinternet.com email address active after switching to Business broadband, you can speak to the premium mail team on 0808 100 6778 they are open 9am to 9pm Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday.
