BT speed drops off a cliff

After another phone call to customer support of 45 mins this afternoon during which i did nothing but wait for them to try to find the engineers report from this morning,s useless visit, i was told by a supervisor that there is no automatic right to receive broadband!!!! When i asked why i was paying for it then i got no reply. Every afternoon the speed drops from around 5mb down to 0.02 or less. We are a small business in a rural location heavily reliant on the internet, but do BT care? Not a bit.....yes, i know the fault is intermittant but even so the service for what we pay is awful. Particularly galling as we pay extra to have an emergency office set up if normal broadband goes down......god knows when that would ever be rolled out. Really poor service

BT dont give a stuff about anyone, we have fibre and because we dont work in the car park of the exchange it is rubbish. They have you by the nuts, as openreach cant be made to replace the 1940's wiring to where we are. The UK is turning into a 3rd world country. BT - Bloody Terrible.
