i have transferred out my domain name away from BT several days ago and updated all DNS at my new host. I can receive emails from non-BT customers to my new host mailbox OK.
Some emails are still arriving in my old BT inbox? after several days of updating DNS records.
i have checked my public DNS records and my only MX record is pointing at my new host, as it should be.
Do BT still hold an MX record? and BT routing internally for BT cutomers who email me?
Non BT customer emails arrive in my new mailbox.
BT customer emails arrive in my old mailbox.
i can mesage you my domain name.

If you send me a pm with the domain I will look into this.
It is more than likely the domain is still on our systems and will need to be removed.
