I wish to confirm that Melissa at BTLB Guildford has been very helpful in trying to resolve the issue with regards to the cancellation of our ISDN line and trying to get our One Plan reinstated and a credit back to us. She has always responded to our emails and worked hard to try and resolve this issue and is still continuing to do so now.
