Just thought of sending a quick note as I haven`t received the feedback form from your team. Thank for all your hard work and dedication in get our AMTEC and Keane issues or requirement sorted timely particularly sending the quotes in a timely fashion, helping me in clearing issues like outage by escalating internally, keeping me informed at right times to avoid nightmares more than all sorting by billing issue etc… I remember even sometimes you responding to my email even late nights J.
