28TH DECEMBER BROADBAND DOWN - UNABLE TO RECTIFY USING SERVICE DESK

29TH DECEMBER TOLD LINE FAULT - TOLD ENGINEER VISIT SCHEDULED FOR 10TH JANUARY, THIS IS A BUSINESS I AM RUNNING DOES NO ONE AT BT " LACK OF " BUSINESS BROADBAND UNDERSTAND THIS, I SAID THIS WAS UNACCEPATBALE AND AFTER LONG CONVERSATION WWAS THEN CALLED BACK BY SUPERVISOR TO SAY THAT HE HAD ENGINEER BOOKED FOR 8 AM - 1 PM ON 31ST.

 

31ST DECEMBER - BRIGHT AND EARLY IN OFFICE - AT 12.20 CALLED TO FIND OUT IF HE WAS ON HIS WAY, WAS TOLD HE WAS DISPATCHED, AND WOULD RECEIVE CALL BACK AT 1.30 TO SEE IF PROBLEM FIXED

 

1.45 - NO ENGINEER - CALLED BT TO BE TOLD THE WRONG ENGINEER HAD BEEN BOOKED AND NO ONE WOULD APPEAR - COMPLETE WASTE OF MY DAY AND TIME - COULD HAVE BEEN WORKING FROM HOME.

 

TUESDAY 4TH JANUARY - CALL BT SAME USUAL WAASTE OF TIME - PROMISED MANAGER CALL BACK NOTHING HAPPENED

 

WEDNESDAY 5TH JANUARY - SAME AS 4TH JANUARY - NO CALL BACK AT ALL

 

THURSDAY 6TH JANUARY - NO ALL BACK SO FAR AND NO ESCALATION

 

IF A MODERATOR IS READING THIS PLEASE GIVE ME URGENT CALL OR E MAIL AS THIS IS AFFECTING MY BUSINESS, I AM PAYING 3 WAGES WITH NO PRODUCTIVITY AND COSTING MONEY

 

GET THIS SORTED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi GKC52,

 

I am really sorry about the problems you are experiencing. I checked on the technical case and have spoken to the manager dealing with this. He has assured me that he is dealing with the case and is contacting you about it, if you continue to have any problems or you don't hear from the manager in Technical, please let me know.
