Good evening reusch,

To boot the performance of the wireless on the bt business hub you may want to try and change the channel on the router
the Wireless router can broadcast across a number of different channels, similar to the way that radio stations use a variety of channels. Changing your channel can stop interference with other wireless signals and improve your connection. You can change your wireless channel by going to

192.168.1.254
click on the wireless icon
in the network section you can change the channel to 6
scroll down to the bottom right hand corner click save
this Will now ask for the password for the router, this is normally the serial number found on the back of the router unless this has been changed.

if this does not work you may wish to log on to http://www.shop.bt.com/
A wireless repeater will help you push your broadband further. They work by bouncing your signal between the router, the repeater and your computer - extending the reach of your connection.

hope this helps

We are a Bt business customer. We want to offer free wifi throughout our premises. Currently Wifi is severely limited to the area around the router. During a recent conversation with BT, I was advised to replace the router with a BT Business Hub 3. As our premises covers 2 floors. Will this new hub deliver what we expect?
