I had a similar problem when i was migrated,
if you contact the live chat team using the contact us section they should be able to resolve this problem?, basically there is a rogue entry on bts database causing a delivery Conflict of your mail,

I have tried talking to them on Chat but they want to know our company secretary dogs' name. It's a standard security question I guess, but the secretary does not have nor has ever had a dog so we are something of a stalemate!
