Looks like I have hit similar problems as many of the others on the forum as my speed has now dropped to about a 3rd of what it use to be. Started about 10 days ago when I noticed that the speed had dropped from 8mb to about 4mb so phoned up and after 20-30 minutes got through to someone.
They reset line and it dropped to 3mb but said after a few days it should go back to normal . Waited a few days called back and they said would need an engineer to call. Waited 2 days engineer turned up checked the line and everything was OK and no fault. They then spoke to the SMC waited 20 minutes on the phone and speed went back to 8mb. 12 Hours later at 06:02 in the morning the line reset to 3mb. Phoned again and told then help desk who said that that it they would get it reset again and ring back at 12:00
Now 20:35 and no phone call and line still at 3mb

I had a report from the technical team on Friday to say that this should now be working, as you had said this dropped back after a day or two I thought I would leave it for a couple of days before checking with you. Can you confirm that your Broadband is now working or is there still an outstanding issue?
