I would like to change the number that is displayed on our Falcon phones so that the geographical number is displayed rather than the voip number?

Thanks for the reply but this isn't what I'm looking for.

As the title says I'm looking to change the number that is displayed on the Falcon handset.

Currently on our desk phones the VOIP number is displayed and not the geographic number assigned to it.

The solution I think is for BT to change it remotely.
