Bt infinity install

Waited 4 weeks for install one appointment failed install. Then had 5 appointments since all no shows. No one can tell me anything as to when it will be complete

I realise you posted this a while ago and hoping you’ve already found the answer you needed, but just in case and for other members who might have the same query.

If you go to our website you will be able to track the order online, there is also an option to chat with the orders team and their contact number in case you would prefer to call in.
