Business broadband option 2

I have had this service for a while now, but no bt hub was ever delivered and I have been using my own.  I now need to replace my router. How do I get a BT business Hub or Voyager modem?

Hi. How long have you had this service already. I think that they should be able to ship you a knew one since it would show up in their record that nothing has been delivered. 

Try to call their support team so that they could clarify this for yu. They will need your account details on this.

It will depend on te offer at teh time the OP signed up.  Sometimes it is "Free Hub/Router" and other times it is a chargeable option.

If the OP is outside the original contract then calling to start a new 12/24 month agreement may bring a new hub/router.
