PASSWORD ISSUES

I have purchased a BT Business Hub fro ebay and i cannot connect it to the internet due to a password being required?

The seller will not reply to my question? Any advice would be welcome... apart from throw it in the bin!!

If it's on a relatively new firmware (has Home, Services, Settings, Site Map tabs at the top) then the default password is the serial number of the router.

Do a full factory reset and then use the serial number for the password.

Look for a hard reset hole in that mode. It should be small enough for a paper clip to poke with. Good luck.
