Maximum Static IPs on Business Infinity?

Hi BT,

Whats the absolute maximum static IP's BT offers on the business unlimited infinity packages?

It says 5 on the website- but somewhere else on this forum someone mentioned 13 ?

I need 5 (currently used 5 out of 8 on Be) but need few more for future expansion.

ALl I can see is 5 Static IPs offered too. I don't see any reason why they cannot offer this since you are willing to pay. Have you tried calling their support team yet?

As far as I'm aware you should be able to get 13 usable static IP's, I haven't seen anything that says this has changed.

I spoke to BT and they said:

£5 = 5 static IP's and unlimited usage and another £5 for another 5 static ip's.

hmmm, not that i want to question their knowledge, but we've never supplied multiple batches 'stacked' together, as far as i've always been aware it's 1 IP, 5 IP's or 13 IP's... not 2 lots of 5 etc. I just checked on a random account that already has 5 IP's, and the only upgrade option is to move to 13 IP's.

Can you give me a price for the 13 block IP.

Is it also possible to upgrade IP's after signing up- say 4 months down the line.  Is a whole new block issued?

IP pricing is package dependant, but I believe it's £15 pm for 13 IP's. Yes it's possible to upgrade from 5 to 13 further down the line but you will be given a whole new range.
