Hi, I have a bt business line. I use the call diversion alot as a taxi company to my mobile phone. I have a featureline account 5yr ltc.
Is there a different package for myself as at the moment I get a lot of calls for under a minute or under 3 minutes and I get charged aaround 20-30p for the call.
Also I have two lines with bt at the same business address. I get sent two bills each adding a payment processing fee? Why can't bt put these together. I have online billing and statement now does this avoid the payment processing fee?
Also how do I avoid the payment processing fee, when I apy over the phone to BT. As well as this I was charged a late payment fee where this wa smade by error and have not been credited. Why does bt charge such a high amount other rivals are around £3-4 where bt charges £12?

You may benefit by signing up to one of the One Plan deals. There are different offers available, for example:
- If you had BT lines and a BT Mobile, then One Plan Plus would mean he would not pay for the diverted leg of the call because it would be seen as “intra business”. However, you would have to commit to a minimum annual spend of £500 on a 2 year contract.
- Or you could try One Plan Inclusive with an Unlimited Calls Package – this gives a fixed monthly price and includes up to 300 fixed to mobile minutes every month.
