Calls cut out for 10s after 15s of speaking fine - then come back at 25s

We have BT VOIP and BT Falcon Phones as our work system and in the office have a BT Business Broadband & BT Business Hub.  All works fine there in the office, however, we're trying to move a couple of these phones to home of one of our Directors.  She has BT Home Broadband and BT Home Hub (white) - and here we have a couple of computers connected to the internet plus 2 BT Falcon Phones...

Problem we're getting is that when we make or recieve a call you can speak/hear for 15 seconds, but then the phone is silent for 10 seconds (but doesn't disconnect), and then after 25 seconds sound is restored & both sides can hear each other again and the call then proceeds without issue.  This happens consistently on most calls.

I've spoken with BT Business VOIP who couldn't really help as they said we were plugging the phones into a Home hub/internet connection - but annecdotally the guy there said it sounded to him like we didn't have a good internet connection to this house.  I've done a broadband speedtest and we're getting 2.9mb/s here.

Spoke to BT Home Broadband who tested the line & found no problems.  They did their own speedtest and found 3.0mb/s, so they're suggesting replacing the Home Hub router.  I'm sceptical this will help...

Anyone else experienced anything like this?  Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
