A couple of things here:
Firstly I have tried uploading all my files to the server via the File Manager Pro... They are there in the public folder and have been for nearly 24 hrs now. Yet when I try to visit my URL (http://www.thewellbeingmedicalcentre.co.uk/) it's telling me the server doesn't exist.
Secondly I tried something different. I followed the instructions to set up an FTP using this:
Host/server name - ftp.thewellbeingmedicalcentre.co.uk
Username: thewellbeingmedicalcentre.co.uk
Password: ********
Passive FTP
This tells me that my username or password is incorrect I've changed the master password but to no avail 😞
Please can you advise??
