We run an online book store at lovereading.co.uk where our clients can also read book reviews. We send 3 newsletters a month to our subscribers and clients however every time we attempt to send it to the group of btinternet mailbox users we see following bounce code:
smtp;421 rgin01.bt.int.cpcloud.co.uk Service not available - too many connections
only the "rgin01" part changes for different bounces. The number ranges from rgin01 to rgin09
Is there any way we can restore our ability to reach btinternet mailboxes?

from that error, it looks like the BT residential/home email servers are rejecting the mail as they think it is spam. I would suggest speaking to them to see if you can get the block removed from there servers.
