I use a web client that is part of another program.
Up until about a week ago it was working fine now I can't upload emails.
The support engineer says the problem is related to the TLS protocol.
As per the standard advice I'm configured to upload to smtp.office365.com via port 587.
Are there other ports I could use?
Can I turn TLS off?
No I havent installed any other programs this last week.
I'm puzzled anyone got a guess?
Hi there @anothernigel
I am afraid that there is no way to disable TLS and still get access to our 365 outgoing server.
You could try the old ipv4 only servers which is
smtp.outlook.com, port - 587, security - TLS
Let me know if that helps
