I have not been able to access the admin side of my BT eShop for the past couple of days. I have spoken to multiple advisors and after waiting for hours I have not had any resolutions even though I was assured it was fixed.
I am in the process of opening my new online shop and due to these set backs I am unable to do this. I am getting very frustrated now and would just like it to be fixed now so I can edit my website!!
If I could change from BT I would at this moment as it is problem after problem with no helpful technical support!

There has been an ongoing issue with this which is now resolved.
Your issue was related to the problem that James reported on the post 'Domain Issue Frustration'.
