Hi there,
I'm trying to activate the SIM card that was supplied with the ZTE MF631 Dongle.
I opened the page "
http://www.bt.com/mobsignup" as instructed and logged in, put in the telephone number and pin code and it brought me to a page that just displays the phrase "No data found for given Account number." and there's no way to progress or do anything and as such I can't activate the SIM car or use the mobile network.
I am absolutely awful beyond words at making formal calls on a phone so phoning support is unfortunately out of the question.
