We are a voluntary youth organisation (registered charity) that requires internet access to provide training to the teenagers. We have no requirement for a telephone and just require broadband access (10Gb has proved to be sufficient).
We, when initially setting up our account, put a BT business line in however now that our existing contract has ended research on the BT site has found that, given our requirements a 'home broadband' account is more than sufficient.
How do we go about changing our line from a business line to a residential line?
