Hi Sdon

This sounds like the username or password could be wrong, if the password has not been changed then try adm as username.

If you are still having problems send me a private mail with your voip details plus contact name and number.

Regards

Hi,

It sounds like your number has not been activated as yet;  If it was the light would be a steady blue..

Login at www.bt.com/bbt - You will need your broadband voice/talk number and the password that you would either have been sent via email or post.  Once you have registered you should then be able to follow the normal steps.

If you need a user guide PM you email address and I will be happy to send it to you

Hi Sdon

Glad that helped you get passed Smiley Wink the adm user name was only for the first batches of the 2701's this is corrected for the latest batch and admin should work fine.
