Hi there - I have built a Contact Us form and set it up to point at my email address with the option to use a customised thank you page. I then built the thank you page and all looked fine. However, when I tested it in live by sending a message, I got an error message which seemed to suggest there was no connection to the internet after I'd clicked on Submit Query. However, when I further investigated, there was no such connection problem and the message had actually got through to the destination email address but the screen / page had just bailed out. The only way I could get it to work properly was to remove the option to use the customised thank you page so now it just pops the usual Thank You message instead - which is pretty limited!
Do you know why this isn't working please? The customised thank you page does exist although it is not shown as a button on the menu as clearly there is no merit in allowing users to navigate to it. Any ideas please? It feels like a software glitch as I have done what seems like the right things but I am quite prepared to accept that I got something wrong!
Appreciate your views please.
Cheers!
I seem to have a similar problem, but mine won't show customized thank you page and instead shows default. Is there a problem with this customized thank you page feature?

Thanks very much - it's www.jmbhealthconsultancy.co.uk. I am sure I did what I was supposed to following the wizard but suspect there may be a glitch with the process or some extra content I am supposed to add which isn't made clear. Appreciate your comments and sorry for the delayed reply. I thought I'd get a message if someone added a comment! Cheers - JMB
Thanks for that but it looks a bit out of my league! Truly appreciate your help and will keep looking at it to see if I can pluck up the courage to have a go!
Cheers - JMB!
