DNS Changes Not Saved

Is anyone else having this problem?

 

When I change DNS records in the Maintenance >> Manage >> Advanced Domain Manager

 

I make the changes and click save, I get the popup message along the lines of "Settings may take 24 hours to be applied etc." I click OK and the new settings are listed, however if I navigate away from the page then return back to it, the settings are lost.

 

Could someone at BT look into this. It seems to happen on all our domains (we have 7 registered so far).

 

The changes I am making are things like redirects or mx records changes.

 

Example domain is design-paradigm.co.uk (trying to set up a URL redirect for http://design-paradigm.co.uk to the same destination as the existing http://www.design-paradigm.co.uk redirect)

Hi Alexlush,

 

This is a known issue caused by the use of an incompatible browser.

 

At the moment there can be issues using Google Chrome, IE8 and Safari.

 

If possible try using Firefox.

 

Also if you wish for someone to do this on your behalf, please use the following contact form.

Is there an outage on the domain mangement pages at the moment?

 

I am getting "Error: Domain name management is momentarily unavailable." when clicking on the "Mange your domain names" link.

 

Am getting the same result using IE8, Firefox and Chrome.

 

Any ideas?

My Apologies,

 

There does appear to be an outage of the Domain Console at the moment.

 

If you require the changes to be made, please just us the link provided in my first post and I will forward your domains as soon as possible.

Just to let you know that the issue with the domain console has now been resolved.

 

You should now be able to log in and make the required changes.
