DNS Record Incorrect - NEED HELP!

I've recently moved a website from another host to BT.  The website works fine WITHOUT the WWW prefix, but not with it!!  The website in question is aaafinancialservices.co.uk

I presume that the DNS record is incorrect, but I don't know what value needs to be added/changed - Can someone tell me what I need to do???

Also, the WHOIS information on the Nominet website doesn't tally up with the information on the BT site when I logged in to the BT Domains Centre to update it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi Alan,

I have updated the dns settings for your domain as the www record was missing.

With regards to the whois details the whois details via the BT site this only updates the domains administrative contact which are not shown on UK domains via whois, we need to update the "registrant details".

In this case, please use the dns enquiry form at www.dnsforms.co.uk and the details should be updated within 1 working day.

That is one of the problems I encountered with other services offered on other company. I didn't know it can be fixed that way.. lol
