HI, just moved broadband to BT, but the domain name is hosted by network solutions, I want to point the domain name at the BT web site, but retain the ability to use the domin name for email 

domain name is strathtayinsurance.com and i need the email to be anyname@strathtayinsurance.com, any help on how to do this would be great, the BT web site say to up load to 209.235.144.9,and point the domain name at it  but I can get my FTP program to log on, should I just transfer the domain to BT, and will that still allow me to use the email address linked to the domain name. 

I am getting confilicting advise from the BT site, and Network Solutions

If so, you can either do this from NetSol or BT. It doesn't matter but it would be more beneficial for you to switch to BT if you are planning to have other services with them.

No need to transfer domain in bt.

Weater you cna use email address or not it is totaly depend on dervice provider. You cna look bit site for which service you will get and which service you will not get.
