DNS issues

I have a hosted server running multiple domains and have found that BT business and home connections cannot reach any of its hosted websites & services.

This started yesterday about 5 PM and had been working fine for the past year.

Using the BT looking glass tool the ip will respond but not the domains hosted.

Changing the BT routers or pc behind the router DNS to Google server allows the service to work but this isn’t a real fix.

Who do I need to contact to resolve this issue?

Looks like you got a private DNS server. Whoever is managing this, you need to talk to them. You A records are fine since you can connect using those OpenDNS.
