Do VOIP to VOIP diversion and routing charges apply?

Hi I am interested in using BT Hosted VOIP for a local GEO number.
The twist is all inbound calls need to be diverted to our office in the Philippines. They have a VOIP system already with a different service provider. What happens if we configure BT VOIP to permanently call forward to an offshore VOIP system? Do BT charge for this?
This is not fixed land line or mobile diversion I am talking about its VOIP to VOIP.
Don't be shy, please advise, BT 0800 are struggling to answer what is a reasonable question.

Hi Peterheismann
I have been advised that there would be a charge but i'm sorry to say I could not find out what the charge would be, the only information that I have manage to find is the charge depends on the number you are diverting too.
Again Sorry
Regards

Hi
With Call diverts The caller will pay for the first stage (from their phone to your number) and you will pay for the second stage (from your phone to the number you have diverted it to).
So you will need to find out the call charges for your VoIP service is to call the destination you are transfering the calls to, internation in your case. Yo will then be able to work out how much you will be charged for each call you divert.
Kind Regards
Fiona
