Hi,
I have bought a domain name from BT, but I can see no way of assigning an email address to it.
When I try and add an email address from the 'manage services' section, I get all the way to the end, selecting the domain name I wish to use and after submitting this for confirmation I get a 'There was an error while assigning license to the user 'support@soaringoxford.com' is failed' message.
This has been going on for over 24 hours now.
So far none of the BT telephone advisors have been able to help me.
Anyone got any ideas?

I think our friends at BT need to set up the email. Has this now been done for you? I've been waiting for about a month now and still they don't seem to be able to set up my business email!
I'm told that the delay is the move to the 365 platform, but no-one to be getting it fixed or can tell me when it will be fixed. Has anyone else had an update on when they will sort out the issues between BT and Microsoft 365?

What is your domain name and the domain e-mail you want to use anyway?
