I have bought the domain name www. miniprintjewellery.co.uk (through BT) and want to point this name to my BT eshop at www. miniprintportfolio.com. When I try to do this through the BT Domain Manager I get the following message:
You are trying to set a www record, when one already exists for this domain. This can cause issues with the domain resolving properly. None of the changes just submitted have been saved. If you need to change a www record please use Advanced Domain Manager
I can't seem to do this via the Advanced Domain Manager and all of my names and web hosting is done by BT. Can anyone help?
