Disclaimer and apology first of all: I'm an absolute beginner when it comes to anything related to e-mail technical issues!
The problem:
Having transferred our domain name (www.redmans.co.uk) from 123-reg to BT, we're having problems receiving e-mails (i.e. we're not receiving any!). I'm pretty sure that it's because Outlook is pointed at the now-redundant 123-reg address but have no idea how to change the settings so as to address the issue.
Any help will be very much appreciated,

When you tranferred your domain to BT, did you follow those instructions on transferring domains to BT Business?
