ok so they say i have 10GB of usage online a month but how long is that exactly how much time do i get??

This may make me sound a bit stupid but i really cant understand!!!!!

Hi woody,

 

The usage refers to how much you download and not specifically the amount of time you are online.

just a wondering how you can tell how much usage you have left cause we got an e-mail saying we have gone over time!!!!

where do we get told what we can use???

You would need to contact the Technical Helpdesk to determine how much you have used.
