I have one bt business broadband account, but I am being billed for the one service through two accounts - a complete duplication. How can I close one of the two accounts without broadband being stopped completely - as happend when I tried last time?
I reported this problem back in Feb. I was told the only solution was to disconnect me (which BT did), close both accounts and to start with a new account. I was disconnected, only one account was closed, and a new one started, so I'm back where I started with two accounts! If I call BT over the phone the accounts team can close one account but, despite every promise in the world that they won't do it, it automatically closes down my broadband. My business cannot afford another total disconnect. How can I close one of the two accounts without having another nightmare series of days on the phone to technical and billing departments followed by the inevitable shutdown?
