Downloadable products - how to activate the menu option

Reading the help guide, there should be an option for me to be able to use downloadable products, e.g. manuals, photos or software - post purchase.

This option is not enabled in the product section and doesnt seem to be listed in the product drop down menu.

Please can you tell me if this is an option I can use in the eshop package that BT offer.

Hi Gordon,

I have been in contact with the our team that deal with the Eshop, and I have been advised this option is not available with the version of Eshop that BT offer.
