EasySiteWizard Pro will NOT open!!!! Frustrated

I cannot open EasySiteWizard Pro.  When I press start a new window opens and it starts an egg timer, which just stays on without opening the site builder.  I have cleared cache/cookies/history etc.  Also rebooted router.  Spoke with an agent from BT who could open it from their side.  Cannot understand why my laptop (Acer) will not open this product.

Please ensure that you do not have any pop-up blockers enabled. Things such as a google toolbar, yahoo toolbar, are examples of this.   If you are using internet explorer you can simply click on Tools, Toolbars, and then uncheck any check boxes that you may have. Afer you perform this step simply close down your browsers and then re-launch and you should be successful
