Hi
I have built a website for a BTConnect Email Account holder who's domain is registered with BT. The namservers where changed by the option to keep BT for Email was selected. However, the error below is coming back and the email account is no longer receiving emails.
Do we need to set mail records on the hosting account to tally with the emails? Any suggestions?
