Hi on my BT page I get the message sorry your leaving BT broadband your emails will stop on 13/9/2015, I'm not leaving I upgraded to unlimited broadband which all went wrong when it was sorted out after a few weeks I'm now left with this message feel they just want me to upgrade to premium. Been in touch and spoke to level two team but just getting the run around everyone says they will help but nothing happens can anyone help
