I have had a BT (xxxxxx@btconnect.com) e-mail address for many years. For the past couple of years I have had all emails forwarded to a shared e-mail address with my husband. Everything worked OK and I had an office 365 account for my e-mails. When I upgraded to Infinity I can no longer access the old e-mail account. Emails are still being accepted and forwarded but I cannot log in using the email address as it tells me it is 'Blocked' and to contact my administrator.
There is no administrator and this e-mail address is so old it was set up in the days of the 'btclick' era many broadbands ago. Yes, i have a new yahoo address but I want to keep my old one.
How can I get it unblocked? I have emailed and phoned BT on several occasions but as usual no one comes back to me

Hi Bungy,
probably best to use the Live chat rather then the forum for this issue, as if its been blocked by BT they no doubtedly will need to perform some actions with you before unblocking, (obviously depending on the reasoning for the block)
