Can anyone help me out with a little issue for a client of mine please?
They have a BT business line that has been broadcast via stationery etc as their fax line, however they would like the faxes to be distributed to another location. Is it possible to easily divert all calls (including the faxes obviously) to another local number and would a fax divert like this be part of the inclusive call allowance for landline calls?
