Hi, Can anyone confirm if the email username in the format xxx@btconnect.com is still working on the free BT WiFi.
It's been fine previously, but since upgrading to a new mobile phone I haven't been able to sign in with my usual credentials. It says it is not recognised each time I try to log in to a BT hotspot.
I can log in with the same details to view my account/billing etc so nothing has changed.
