Hi experto,
is it a business broadband line or a home broadband line you want to upgrade?
Markp
Hi Markp
This is for a business braodband connection. I have just gone through the same process on my residential line (via the BT residential forum) the guys on that forum said they had been in touch with someone on the busienss side but that I should register on this site for my busienss line, if that make sense.

Ian
Hi experto,
If you can send me a private message with your contact details and details of the line in question I can check the line and get a colleague in sales to give you call to change over.
Markp
Yep will do thanks..
